The Fletcher Team & Associates Proudly Hosts Complimentary Chili Bar for Community During Small Town Christmas for Third Consecutive Year

Monument’s Small Town Christmas 2025 was one for the books, and The Fletcher Team & Associates was thrilled to once again be part of a tradition that makes our town so special.

For the third year in a row, our office transformed into a Christmas hub with our complimentary Buddy the Elf themed chili bar. From noon through the afternoon, hundreds of neighbors, friends, and families poured through our doors to warm up, grab a bowl of chili, and soak in the festive spirit before heading out to enjoy the day’s events around town.

This year’s theme leaned fully into the fun. Every agent on The Fletcher Team showed up wearing custom t-shirts featuring iconic quotes from the movie Elf. It sparked nonstop laughs, photo ops, and plenty of conversations with guests quoting their favorites back to us. The energy was exactly what Small Town Christmas is all about: joyful, lighthearted, and community-first.

The chili bar itself has become a bit of a holiday tradition. Guests sampled a variety of chilis, mixed in toppings, and lingered to visit with neighbors they may not have seen since last year. So many people stopped by for photos and our office buzzed with that unmistakable Monument holiday magic.

Events like this are why we love what we do. Real estate is about more than homes. It is about people, relationships, and showing up for the community we serve. Being able to open our doors, give back in a simple way, and be part of such a meaningful local celebration is something we do not take lightly.
